Lildonia is a life coach, yoga instructor and fitness instructor passionate about every aspect of health! With a background in psychology and mental health, Lildonia has spent many years supporting people to improve their wellbeing. She believes that the mind and body are intrinsically linked and this belief runs throughout all of her sessions.
Lildonia's passion for yoga grew after a bout of anxiety and she was astounded by the results that tapping into body and breath yielded. It was this this that led to her train as in instructor incorporating yogic philosophy into all of the work that she does.
Lildonia spends her days working in youth services, teaching classes, delivering wellbeing workshops and coaching people 1-1. It is through these modalities that she helps people to reach their goals and achieve healthier lifestyles whether that be in mind, body or spirit.
