I'm a world traveler, a yoga teacher and a student of life. Having studied dance and movement for more than 20 years and working as a professional dancer, I found my purpose in teaching yoga and helping people get on their yoga journeys. I like to describe my teaching style a Moving Meditation.
It's a technique where you combine fluid movements based on yoga asanas with the rhythm of your breath. You become fully present and slowly get to the state of what I call yoga. The state of peace, harmony, and happiness. While you're moving through the space on your yoga mat using deep breathing you create great heat in your body which purifies it from the inside out. Get ready to sweat and go through challenges. I believe if the class doesn't challenge you, it doesn't change you!
